Absolutely nothing is wrong! You are at the right age to be starting puberty and if you've noticed that your breasts have started to change a little, that's the first indictation. Puberty doesn't happen overnight. It will be about 2 years from now before you can expect your first period. In the meantime, your breasts will continue to develop until you are 17 or 18.
