ANDY'S ANSWER:  Everyone develops at their own pace.  You are in the middle of puberty and having big breasts at age 13 is normal for you because that's how your body is developing. It's also normal for someone else's breasts to develop at age 15 or 16.

By the time everyone is a grown up, it won't matter one bit at what age what happpened during puberty, except to remember so you can help answer your daughter's questions.
